     Cream Puffs

Ingredients
250ml water
125g butter
pinch salt
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp sugar
4 eggs
 

Instructions
Bring butter, water, sugar and salt to boil.
Add flour all at once and mix well.
Beat in eggs one at a time (beating the crap out of them. Handmixer is ideal).
Place in spoon fulls on a tray and bake in hot oven for 10 -15 mins. Immediately spray water in oven to create good crust. After 10 mins and they have puffed, turn over down and leave in oven to dry out with out burning. Cool and fill with custard or cream and top with chocolate sauce.
