Make a thick crust, beat eggs- add sugar- when start
folding in syrup and butter and flavoring, do not
take hand out until mixed, place in shell, sprinkle
top with pecans.
Start on 375 degrees for 10 minutes- then turn down
on 325 degrees until done.
