2 tsp Franks Buffalo Hot Sauce (or sub your favorite hot sauce)
1/2 c plain hummus
2 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
1/4-1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
Fill a pot with water & eggs. Put on high heat
until boiling. Once water begins to boil remove
pot from heat source and cover. Let eggs sit for
about 6-10 minutes in covered pan. In the meantime, you can prep
the filling. Mix the hummus, hot sauce, chives and paprika. Once
the eggs are cooked, allow time for them to cool and peel shell
off the eggs.
Once the eggs have been peeled, cut in half and
discard the yolk. Fill the yolk hole with the
hummus mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika
and chives as you wish.
You can add variety to this item, by switching the
herbs, changing the flavor of the hummus or opting
for a different hot sauce.
