     Jerk Chicken

1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
4 habanero peppers, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 onion, minced
3 green onions, chopped
8 chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients in a bag and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator and let sit until room temperature.
Grill chicken for eight minutes per side.
Boil marinade down to form a dipping sauce.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over white rice with fried plantains and frijoles negros.
