2 peperoncini, finely minced plus 1T pickling liquid
1 tsp. smoked hot paprika
2 tsp. aleppo chile flakes
2T red onion, finely minced
chopped fresh flat leaf parsley for garnish (optional)
coarse finishing sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Combine feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, peperoncini plus
pickling liquid, smoked hot paprika, aleppo flakes and red onion in
medium sized mixing bowl.
Using spatula or mixing spoon, blend well untill fully incorporated
and smooth in consistency. Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes so
flavors can meld.
Drizzle with additional olive oil and fresh chopped parsley and
sprinkle with coarse sea salt if desired before serving.

Serve chilled or room temperature with pita, crusty bread, sweet bell pepper spears or cucumber rounds
