Open the can of Fruit Cocktail and strain the
syrup through a sieve. Reserve syrup. Meanwhile
make the Jelly and put aside. Add the fruit to
the glasses, pour the Jelly on the fruit. Leave
to cool and put in fridge overnight. Next day
make the Pudding or custard, leave it to cool
and put some on the Jelly Parfaits. Crush 1
sponge finger on the pudding of each glass.
Take the syrup and add 2 teaspoon on the sponge
of each glass. Put them in fridge to get firm.
After a while, whip the cream and decorate on
top of Parfaits, sprinkle some coloured
Vermicelli on top. Enjoy, and it's yummy -)
