Process sesame seeds for 1 minute until crumbly
paste forms. Add 3 T of oil and process 2-3
minutes. If needed, add 1 more T of oil and
process 1 minute. Add salt to taste, process 5-10
seconds.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir if
separation occurs.
