     Sour Dough Buscuits

Ingredients
Night Before
1 C. Sour Dough Starter
1/2 C. Warm Water
1 C. AP Flour
Morning of-
1.5 C. Flour
 
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsb Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbs Sugar
Bacon Drippings or butter

Instructions
Add all over night ingredients into large bowl and leave on counter covered. The morning over pour out onto counter in the middle of 1 Cup of the flour.Knead Flour lightly into batter.
In a separate bowl Combine remaining 1/2 Cup flour, Powder, Soda, Salt and Sugar.
Make a well in dough and add remaining dry ingredients. Knead until correct consistency. Roll biscuits 1/2 thick. Cut out and set to rise for 30 minutes.
Place on baking sheet or cast iron. Brush tops with warm bacon grease or butter and bake for 20 minutes at 400 or until GBD.
