     Sweet 'n Salty Caramel Mousse Cups

Ingredients
2 C. Mini Pretzels
5 tbs Butter Melted
1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
1 Bar English Toffee Candy
1/4 C. Caramel Sauce
6oz Cream Cheese Softened
1/2 C. Thawed Cool Whip
 

Instructions
Spray Mini Muffin Tins. Process Pretzels to crumbs in 2 batches. Place in mixing bowl. Add Melted butter and powdered sugar and mix well.
Place 1 tbs of mixture into tins and press down. Bake 6 minutes at 375.
Meanwhile process English toffee until fine crumbs form. Mix caramel sauce, cream cheese and chopped candy. Stir in cool whip. Spoon filling into piping bag.
Remove cups and place on cooling rack after cooling on counter for 5 minutes. Squeeze filling into cups; drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
