     Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
Skinless Chicken - 3 lbs
1/2 packet Shan tandoori masala
Plain yogurt - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
2 lemons or limes - juice
garlic ginger paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
cillantro - 1 sprig chopped
salt to taste
Add a dash of chaat masala and aamchur too - optional.
 

Instructions
-Wash chicken and drain well -Mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl, add chicken to it and mix well. -Marinate for about 3 to 4 hours or overnight in a refrigerator. -Grill in oven or preferably on a BBQ grill, till done. Cucumber Yogurt Raita - Mix together- 2 cups plain yogurt, black/kaala namak or regular salt, a pinch of chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ground jeera (preferably freshly ground), chopped cucumber, tomato and cilantro. Pour in dish and garnish with cilantro, chilli and jeera pwd.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with sliced grilled red onions, red and green bell peppers (mixed with leftover tanduri masala) and tomatoes. Have with naan or roti and cucumber yogurt raita. Enjoy!
