Beat egg yolks with water, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix separately, flour and cocoa. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Beat egg whites with Baking Powder, fold into other ingredients. Bake 35-40 minutes in one cake pan.
Cool completely and slice horizontally into 3 layers. Drizzle each layer with Strohe Rum.
Stack cake, cherry filling, whipped cream. Repeat.
