     Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 finely chopped onion
1-2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/2 tbsp of black/green peppercorns ground
1/3 cup double cream
oil
 

Instructions
Fry onions with garlic until onions are softened
Add ground peppercorns and double cream. Heat for 5 mins or so.
If serving this with steak, cook your steak to your liking. Add juices from pan to sauce. Add juices from rested steak to sauce and serve immediately.
