     Sweet & Sour Kielbasa

Ingredients
2 lbs Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa (Polska is the best)
18 oz jar of apricot preserves
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 teaspoons of country dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
 

Instructions
Cook kielbasa - either put in pot with water, bring to boil and then cook about 10 mins. OR Microwave kielbasa in a pyrex dish with a little water for about 5 1/2 mins for each lb. (Do each lb separate)
Let kielbasa cool a little then slice in 1/2 pieces
Mix together all other ingredients and microwave until bubbly - about 3 mins. Toss with kielbasa and microwave again for a few mins to heat through
