2 lbs chicken breast

1/2 tsp salt
|

dash pepper

1/4 cup butter/margarine

1 can tomato soup, chopped
|

1/2 cup onion, chopped

3 tbsp wine vinegar
|
|
2 tbsp brown sugar
|
|
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
|
|

dash basil
|
|
dash thyme
|
|
5 drops of tabasco sauce (optional)

Instructions |
|
|
Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large
skillet or wok, melt butter. Place chicken in pan
and cook until browned.

Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook on
stove for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

(alternatives instead of brown sugar, you can use
honey. Instead of wine vinegar, you can use apple
cider vinegar)
