Beat eggs for 5 minutes on high speed.
Gradually beat in granulated sugar. Stir
pumpkin and lemon juice in. Stir together
flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg,
and salt. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread in
greased and lightly floured 15x10x1 inch pan.
Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Bake at 375
degrees for 15 minutes. Turn out onto a towel,
sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Roll towel
and cake together, cool. Unroll. Spread with
filling, chill.
