Beat eggs, gradually beat in the sugars then
the oil. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add to the first mixture alternately with the
Zucchini. Stir in the nuts, chips, and vanilla.
Pour into 2 greased and lightly floured loaf
pans. Bake for 1 hour at 325 or until golden
brown. Insert toothpick in middle comes our
clean. Let stand about 10 minutes then turn
onto wire rack to cool. Makes 2 loafs.
