In a large pan combine broth, dried onions,
potatoes, salt, pepper, and garlic. Boil for
10-15 minutes. In a separate pan combine,
butter and flour. Warm, stir often. When mixed,
add milk to mixture. Stir until smooth then add
to potato mixture. Add cheese and stir
together.
Optional spices- oregano, thyme.
