     Bombay Burgers and Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
1 kg. lean ground beef
2 whole eggs
6 Tbsps bread crumbs
1 Onion
2 tsp minced garlic
5 tsp curry powder
4 Tbsps chopped green onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
TOMATO CHUTNEY
 
3 diced Roma tomatoes
2 Tbsps brown sugar
2 Tbsps white wine vinegar

Instructions
In a bowl- mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, green onions and cilantro, combine well. Preheat Oven 400 degrees F
Form into 1/2 cup patties (8), and place in fridge until needed. Cook for 20 mins
For the tomato chutney, chop the tomatoes in a large dice and place in a pan over medium heat with sugar and vinegar. Cook the tomatoes until all the liquid is evaporated, season with salt and black pepper and cool down, serve chutney chilled.
