preheat oven to 350, grease and flour tube or bundt cake
pan. Mix all ingredients, Beat until very smooth, about 5
minutes.
Pour into cake pan and bake at 350 about 50 -60 minutes
cool on pan about 10 to 15 minutes, then invert to a cake
cooling rack till completely cool.
