Boil the spaghetti. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and
add the onion, after 3 minutes add the chicken until no longer
pink. add garlic and madeira and stir and cook 1 minute.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle the swiss cheese evenly over the chicken mixture
and place the spinach leaves of the cheese. cover the skillet
and cook for 3 minutes to let spinach begin to wilt, uncover
the skillet and serve at once over the hot spaghetti. Sprinkle
1 t parmesan cheese over each serving.
