This is a dish I make for my client, Nicholas Van Orton, when he feels like Chinese cuisine. I've been looking into several restaurants he might enjoy on the nights I'm unavailable, and when he has cravings for Chinese. There's one restaurant I recently heard guests raving about at the Design Exhibit... I can't remember the name of the place.. but the word moon was in the title. I will have to do further research and add it to my list of recommended restaurants for him. Trying to get him to eat more veggies, so I think this dish will do him well.
While I'm on the topic, I've also been looking into several personal trainers to help him optimize his weekend workout routines. When i was at N.I.D.E. which stands for Nanny's Interior Design Exhibit, I signed Nicholas up for The Golden Gate Sport and Social Club. I set up his account for the club at playinthebay.leagueapps.com/login and used NicholasLovesFitness as the username. I tried entering his vitals and performance goals, but there weren't any fields for that.. oh well. Anyway, I used the name of that Chinese restaurant as the password, in all lowercase with no spaces, to login. Too bad I can't remember it. Either way, my thoughts were maybe he'll be more motivated to work out if he sees the tasty prize at the end!
Update.. Once I remember the password to that site, login to check something.. An organization called Consumer Recreation Services has been calling for Nicholas when he's been gone. They must be a coupon club! They were telling me they actually own that health club, and that there is important information in his account and they wanted me to log in immediately and check a message they left in there. They said to login, click the profile tab on the right, and read what comes up. I wonder if they'll offer him complimentary membership? That would be very nice. Wish someone would do this task for me. I'm not technically inclined enough for these kinds of virtual puzzle shenanigans! Oh dear!
