Combine all ingredients together in a ziploc bag
and let shrimp marinate for 30 minutes.
On a preheated grill, put some tinfoil down and
spray with PAM ( you can also use skewers). Place
shrimp on foil and cook on each side for 2-3
minutes, or until shrimp are pink and tender--do
not overcook. Baste the shrimp with the marinade
so shrimp will not be dry.
If you are using a saute pan, heat the oil or
butter for 30-45 seconds. Add shrimp and garlic
and saute over medium heat turning frequently
until shrimp are pink and tender--about 4-5
minutes.
