     Salmon Spread

Ingredients
1 - 5 (oz.) canned salmon (or fully cooked fresh)
Dab of mustard
2 Tablespoon Light Miracle Whip (or your favorite healthy option)
5 Whole Wheat Crackers (or your healthy option)
Pepper
Ms. Dash (flavor of choice - I like Garlic/Herbs for this)
Tomato or cucumber slices - 5
 

Instructions
Flake up salmon with a fork while working in mustard and light miracle whip. Season with pepper and/or Ms. Dash flavor of choice.
Top your crackers with salmon mixture and top with tomato or cucumber
Averages 33 grams of protein and 300 calories
