     Omlette / Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
3 eggs
1/4 water
1/4 cup reduced fat cheese (any flavor)
Onion, peppers, mushrooms (any of your choice)
Pam - Olive Oil Spray
Pepper, Ms. Dash Salt
 

Instructions
Mix eggs with water and set aside. Cut up veggies into desired size, spray non-stick pan with Pam, add veggies and sautee' as desired.
Add egg mixture to sautee'd veggies and cook till desired consistency for scrambled. For omlette, use pan or dish of choice. When eggs are completed, top with cheese and let melt for a couple minutes or microwave for 20 seconds. Serve!
You could enjoy a side of fruit with this as well and add meat of choice to eggs as well. Such as turkey bacon, ham, salmon, shrimp... Without meat your are averaging 180 calories and 18 grams protein for eggs and 60 calories and 6 grams protein for cheese for total of 240 calories and 24 grams of protein. Add meat to bring up to 40 grams of protein or skip the cheese and use meat. Be flexible and creative!
This meal can be made ahead and brought to work for lunch or supper! Breakfast is for anytime of the day!
