     Baked French Toast

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Bread (Texas toast or french bread works well)
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
 
Instructions
Melt/mix butter and brown sugar in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Place bread in dish on top of sugar mixture.
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon and pour over bread.
Refrigerate over night. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins.
