1 beaten egg
tomato paste/sauce
salt
basil
1 cup oats??
 
cheeeese
carrot
celery
whole wheat flour or breadcrumbs (.5 c)
maybe flaxssed meal
Instructions
cook lentils, sauté vegetables, mix it all together, cook in oven
this kind of looks disgusting
yeah like a little gros
hm maybe will skip this one aha
