     Monterey Jack Creamed Corn

Ingredients
1- 24 ounce pack frozen cut corn
4 ounces butter
small sweet onion, diced very cmall
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1 cup Colby Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 clove minced garlic
 
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1) In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion. Add in the minced garlic and sauté another 2 minutes. 2) Add the heavy cream. 3) Add the pepper and garlic. 4) Stir in both the Monterey and Colby Jack cheese. 5) Stir in the defrosted corn. 6) Pour into a casserole dish, top with Parmesan. 7) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
