     Hot Corn Dip

Ingredients
1 large bag frozen corn or 6 fresh cobs of corn
1 can chopped green chiles
2 tablespoon chopped adobo peppers (or more for more spicy)
2 cloves garlic
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup mayo
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup parmesan
 

Instructions
Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to a baking dish, top with Parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
