     SLOW COOKER BEER CHILI

1 28 OZ. CAN DICED TOMATOES
2 15 1/2 OZ. CANS KIDNEY BEANS, DRAINED & RINSED
1 LB. BEEF CHUCK, CUT INTO 1 IN. PIECES
1 12 OZ. CAN BEER
3 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1 ONION, CHOPPED
3 TB. TOMATO PASTE
2 TB. SOY SAUCE
2 TB. FLOUR
 
1 TB. CUMIN
2 TB CHILI POWDER
PINCH OF SALT
GRATED CHEESE/SOUR CREAM (FOR SERVING)

Instructions
IN A 6 QT. SLOW COOKER, ADD ALL INGREDIENTS, STIR WELL. COVER, COOK ON HIGH FOR 4 HOURS, OR ON LOW FOR 7 HOURS, UNTIL THE BEEF IS TENDER. SERVE WITH CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM.
