Ingredients
Crust-
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Chopped Nuts
1/2 c. Margarine
2nd Layer-
1/4 c. Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Cream Cheese
 
1 c. Cool Whip
3rd Layer-
2 pkg. Pudding Mix - Instant (any flavor of Pudding)
3 c. Milk
Instructions
Crust- Blend and press in 9x13 inch pan. Bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.
2nd Layer- Cream powdered sugar and cheese; fold in cool whip; pour over crust.
3rd Layer- Make pudding, pour over 2nd layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip of a large container.
