Put hamburg in a large mixing bowl, add onion, potato, eggs,
breadcrumbs, 1/2 can of tomato sauce, salt, pepper and onion
soup mix. Mix everything together using hands. Put into a large
meatloaf pan. Use the rest of the tomato sauce on the top of the
meatloaf.
