     Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs of Ground Hamburg 85 Lean
1 small Onion Diced
1 small potato diced (raw)
1 pack of Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
3 Large Eggs
1/2 cup of Italian Breadcrumbs
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
 

Instructions
Put hamburg in a large mixing bowl, add onion, potato, eggs, breadcrumbs, 1/2 can of tomato sauce, salt, pepper and onion soup mix. Mix everything together using hands. Put into a large meatloaf pan. Use the rest of the tomato sauce on the top of the meatloaf.
Put in 400 degree oven, cook for 1 hour, reduce heat to 350 degrees & cook for 1/2 hour. Remove from oven, let stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with white or brown rice and a side of vegetables.
