     No bake energy bites

Ingredients
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 TSP vanilla extract
1 cup old fashioned oats, raw
2/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted and cooled
1/2 cup ground golden flax-seed meal ( Bobs Red Mill)
6 TBS mini chocolate chips
 

Instructions
in a bowl mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla
add remaining ingredients and stir well, until mixed. place mixture in freezer or refrigerator to chill, looking for a consistency of cookie dough.
Remove from fridge and shape into 1 inch balls, store in an airtight container, keep in fridge.
