|
for garlic - chop off tops place in tin-foil,
drizzle with 1 TSP oil, wrap up loosely. bake for
1 hour
Cook tortellini according to package

in food processor or blender combine garlic
cloves 2 TBS of olive oil 1/4 cup heavy cream,
blend until garlic is pulverized. Add reaming
heavy cream 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese. salt and pepper to taste.
blend 30-60 second until everything is mixed.
will be thick and slightly lumpy. set aside.

In a large skillet melt 3 TBS butter add cooked
tortellini and toss to coat, pour sauce on top and
stir gently to combine. cook on medium heat for 10
minutes stirring occasionally. the sauce will
thicken.

Sprinkle on about 1/2 cup parmesan cheese stir to
combine and remove from heat. serve with garnish
on top.
