     Chocolate Mousse Torte

Ingredients
5 ounces pure bittersweet chocolate
3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
8 ounces unsweetened butter or margerine
1 cup sugar
8 eggs separated
 

Instructions
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Combine butter, sugar and chocolate. Mix well and cool. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold whites into chocolate mixture. Pour 3/4 of batter into greased and floured 9 inch springform pan. Bake 325 degrees. Let cake stand at room temperature until cool. Spread remaining batter on top.
Refrigerate or freeze until serving time. Serve cold, frozen or at room temperature.
