Method for Carrot And Walnut Cake-
Cream sugars and eggs, with electric mixer for 20 sec. Add oil for 20 sec more. Then add the shredded carrots, mix well by hand, add little by little flour, continue mixing by hand. Add the other ingredients, till they mix all well together. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes on 180c, test it with a skewer. It has to be clean when you get it out. When it cooled on a wire rack, frost the top with the cream cheese frosting, and decorate. Enjoy, hope you like it -)
