     Sweet Potato Pork Chop Bake

Ingredients
8 thick cut pork chops
4 cans of sweet potatos (16 ounces each).
1 and 1/2 cups apricot preserves
1 tablespoon garlic
 
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Drain the sweet potatos and layer them in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Stir the apricot preserves and garlic in with the sweet potatos.
Layer the pork chops over the sweet potatos. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
