Sauce- mix first 4 ingredients. Cover and
refrigerate.
Breading- Put cornstarch in shallow bowl. Put
eggs/water mix in another. Whisk together Panko,
flour, salt, pepper & all spices in another bowl.
Coat shrimp in cornstarch, dip in egg mix, then
coat with Panko mix. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Heat 1-2 inches of oil to 350 degrees. Fry in
batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain
in wire rack. To Serve, add greens to plate, top
with shrimp, drizzle with sauce and garnish with
green onions.
