Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil pasta and drain. Mix all other ingredients (except cheese) in a large boil. Stir in pasta. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes (or until hot and bubbly). Uncover, sprinkle with cheese, and return to oven to melt.
