CRUSHED TOMATOES
TOMATOE PUREE
BASIL, PARSLEY AND OREGANO, GARLIC
CHICKEN
ONIONS
MUSHROOMS
GREEN PEPPERS
POTATOES
 

Instructions
MAKE SAUCE I USE CRUSHED TOMATOES AND A LITTLE TOMATO PUREE. I ADD BASIL, PARSLEY AND OREGANO AND GARLIC. COOK ABOUT 1/2 HOUR.
BROWN CHICKEN PUT IN PAN. LIGHTLY SAUTE GREEN PEPPERS ADD TO PAN. SLIGHTLY SAUTE ONIONS ADD TO PAN. SLIGHTLY SAUTE MUSHROOMS AND ADD OVER CHICKEN.
CUT POTATOES IN LARGE CUBES IF USING CHICKEN WITH BONE ADD PAR BOIL POTATOES A LITTLE. IF USING BONELESS CHICKEN YOU CAN PUT THEM RIGHT IN PAN. I PUT CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES ONE SIDE OF PAN AND POTATOES ON THE OTHER MAKES IF EASIER TO GET POTATOES OUT.
POUR SAUCE OVER CHICKEN AND POTATOES AND COOK AT 350. IF USING BONE IN CHICKEN ABOUT 2 1/2 HOURS OR TILL CHICKEN AND POTATOES ARE DONE. IF USING BONELESS CHICKEN ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS TILL DONE.
