     Pickled Peppers (seranos) Number 2

Ingredients
2/3 C apple cider vinegar
1/3 C water
2 Tbs. minced onion
1 Tbs. course black pepper
peppers of choice (we like serranos)
 

Instructions
Combine all in sauce pan. Boil peppers until slightly soft. Pour into jars and seal. Not sure if we boil these like with canning, but we probably should. Makes 1 large jar.
