     Pickled Peppers (seranos) Number 3

Ingredients
2/3 C white wine vinegar
1/3 C water
2 Tbs. garlic pepper
1 Tbs. chili powder
1 white onion (chopped?)
peppers of choice (we like serranos)
 

Instructions
Combine all in sauce pan. Boil peppers & onion until slightly soft. Pour into jars and seal. Not sure if we boil these like with canning, but we probably should. Makes 1 large jar.
