     Stew, Cabbage Stew WWII

Ingredients
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/8 tsp red cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp Lawry's salt
1 tsp Natures Seasoning
 
1/4 tsp Ground pepper
1 Large can diced tomatoes
1 Large can crushed tomatoes
Head cabbage, chopped
4 large carrots, cut in circles
4 stalks celery, sliced

Instructions
Heat olive oil in large stockpot, add onion and ground beef, cook until beef is tender. Add all other ingredients. Cook until cabbage is done. Do not add water unless absolutely necessary as the water in the vegetables should be plenty.
