1. Measure first 6 ingredients into one bowl and
mix well
|
|
|
|
2. Peel and slice apples and sprinkle with
cinnamon and sugar
|
|
|
|
3. Put half of cake mixture in pan. Cover with 1/2
the apples. Add rest of batter and top with
remaining apples
|
|
|
|
4. Bake at 350 1 3/4 hours
cool 15-20 minutes in pan
