     Pie Crust Cheesecake

Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 lb. cottage cheese, strained
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
 
juice of a lemon and zest
2 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk (?)

Instructions
1. Make pie crust-butter, sugar, BP, egg and flour. Press into pan
2. Mix together cheesecake ingredients until smooth. Add the milk gradually as needed
3. Bake
Serving Suggestions
Not 100 percent sure what to do here, test it out
