     Stove top Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
5 cups elbow noodles
3 cups cheese (Cheddar, Colby or monterey jack)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups whole milk or half and half
Dash of salt
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Paprika
 

Instructions
Boil noodles as normal. Cheese Sauce- Medium heat. Add butter. When melted add flour and whisk. Whisk in milk/cream and let thicken. Add 2 3/4 cheese. Keep whisking. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Serving- Keep noodles and cheese separate. Scoop noodles in bowl. Pour cheese on top. Sprinkle on some cheese.
Makes the best easy leftovers. Comparable to noodles and Co mac and cheese.
