     Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes

  NOTE thaw potatoes. Put in fridge, night before

Ingredients
1 bag (32 oz) thawed Hash Brown Potato Cubes
2 cups (16 oz) Sour Cream
1 can (10-3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup (4 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Butter, melted
3 Green Onions, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 cup (2.8 oz cont.) French Fried Onions
 
Ham, chopped (optional)

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients (plus Ham if you are making it a meal). Pour into an un-greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with french-fried onions and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
I often add 2 cups, Chopped Ham and make it a meal
