3 cups fresh or frozen Cranberries, coarsely chopped
|

1 can (20 oz) Pineapple Tidbits, drained
|
|
1 medium Apple, peeled & chopped
|
|
2 cups Miniature Marshmallows
|

2/3 cup Sugar
|
|
1/8 tsp Salt
|
|
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts, optional
|
|
2 cups Whipping Cream, whipped
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In a large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients until blended. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Drain any excess juice.
|

In a large bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Just before serving, fold cream & walnuts into cranberry mixture.
