German Pancakes

Ingredients
Single - Double
4-6..........8........... Eggs
1 tsp......2 tsp.........Salt
1 Tbls... 2 Tbls.......Sugar
1 cup.....2 cups.......Flour
Use half Wheat & half White Flour
2 cups....4 cups.......Milk
 

Instructions
Beat Eggs, Salt & Sugar with electric mixer till fluffy.
Add Flour & Milk and mix with electric mixer until a little foam appears. Mixture will be thin.
Use a little oil in your flat fry pan, ladle just enough pancake mixture to cover pan bottom with a thin layer. Crepe needs to be cooked through to flip without breaking.
Serving Suggestions
Top with Syurp & Butter or Cool Whip & Fruit
