Beat Eggs, Salt & Sugar with electric mixer till fluffy.

Add Flour & Milk and mix with electric mixer until a little foam appears. Mixture will be thin.
|
|
|
Use a little oil in your flat fry pan, ladle just enough pancake mixture to cover pan bottom with a thin layer. Crepe needs to be cooked through to flip without breaking.
