     Larson Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
4 cups Flour (1 wheat, 3 white)
2 tsp Salt
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2/3 cup Oil
1 1/3 cup Buttermilk
 

Instructions
1. Sift or Mix together first 4 ingredients
2. Add Oil & Buttermilk. Dough will be moist, if not add some more oil or buttermilk
3. Pat dough out on board or counter to 1/2 inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter or glass. Put in 9 x 13 pan with biscuits touching each other
4. Bake at 475 for 12 minutes
Serving Suggestions
Serve with butter & jam. Great heated again in micro, 10 seconds
